GOVP Agent binds authority, delegation, approval, execution observations and delivered results into independently verifiable evidence.
It complements A2A and MCP. It does not replace either protocol, and this project is not affiliated with their maintainers.
The M2 reference implementation now includes A2A 1.0 and MCP 2025-11-25 capture, independent JavaScript and Go normalization, signed-envelope emission, offline verification and a five-receipt causal demonstration.
The public API can verify signed envelopes only under a trust store supplied by the caller. GOVP does not endorse those keys or identities.
